Why can’t I see my reconciler on the PCard application?

The PCard application displays a list of reconcilers within the 2 digit OUC of the cardholder’s HR assignment.

If you are unable to see your reconciler please email cardservices_purchasing@ncsu.edu with the following details:

1. Name of the reconciler missing from the list.
2. HR OUC the applicant is paid from.
