Who is liable for all PCard charges?

The NC State PCard is a Visa credit card with Corporate Liability. The term corporate liability means that the university is liable for all charges made by employees.

Personal use of the card is not allowed and is considered grounds for card revocation and disciplinary action.

The PCard program is designed to maintain accountability while reducing the cycle time and administrative burden of procurement procedures such as purchase requisitions/orders, direct pay requests, and expense reimbursements. The program is administered by the NC State Procurement and Business Services department.
