To search university financial chartfields, follow the steps outlined here:
1) Navigate to MyPack Portal.
2) Click on the NavBar icon (top right of screen).
3) Click on Financials Quick Nav.
4) Scroll down to Journals, IDTs, Chartfield.
5) Click on Project Maint & Inquiry.
6) Entering the Project ID.
7) Click on Search.
To search financial transactions/balances for a specific project id and phase, follow the steps outlined here:
1) Navigate to MyPack Portal,
2) Click on the NavBar icon (top right of screen).
3) Click on Financials Quick Nav in the menu dropdown.
4) Scroll down within the Financials Quick Nav.
5) Click on Wolfpack Reporting System (WRS).
6) Follow the user instructions provided for proper use of the available reports for your circumstance.
