What are the three Asset Management Roles in the PeopleSoft Asset Management Module requiring a departmental Security Access Request (SAR) approval?

There are three roles associated with Asset Management activities:

  1. AM Administrator – Assigns the departmental level inventory and departmental AM Coordinator roles within the department.
  2. AM Coordinator – This role is required for departmental AM Coordinators assigned to inventory and for employees requiring surplus disposal system access.
  3. AM Inventory Approver – Approves the AM Coordinator’s Annual Certified Inventory.
