The AM Coordinator role is required for departmental AM Coordinators assigned with inventory and employees requiring surplus disposal system access.
The AM Coordinator is responsible for:
- Updating Asset Information
- Verifying Asset Information
Asset information should be current at all times and throughout the life cycle of an asset, from the time it is placed in service to the time it is disposed of or transferred to another department.
In addition, updating asset information as changes occur simplifies the certification of the annual fiscal inventory.
