I’ve updated my Project ID and/or phase in my MarketPlace profile, but when I log into FedEx.com my old reference is still showing and not my new account. What do I do?

All requests to add a new Project ID/Reference are submitted in the My Profile screen. If you have updated your Project ID and/or phase and the update is not reflected in the system, please submit a Help Desk ticket.
