How long will it take for the changes to my project ID and other details in MarketPlace profile to show on FedEx.com profile ?

All requests to add a new Project ID/Reference are submitted in the My Profile screen. If you have updated your Project ID and/or phase and the update is not reflected in the system, please submit a Help Desk ticket.

You will receive an email confirming any changes or updates. These changes typically take 24-48 hours. Not including weekends or holidays.
