I have a submitted a PCard change request. Why has it not been approved yet?

To view the status of your request, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to MyPack Portal.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Financial System Homepage.
  3. Navigate to the PCard Center tile.
  4. Click on View Pending Changes.
  5. Scroll down to see where the request is pending.
  6. Contact any of the approvers to request that they review and process the request.
