I am not receiving scanned emails through the WolfCopy device. What do I do?

Check to ensure the email is not in your spam folder. If you still cannot locate the email, contact (919) 515-HELP or help@ncsu.edu and provide:

  1. Your copier ID
  2. The email address where the files should have been delivered
