I am getting an error when uploading my PCard receipt. What should I do?

Close all open browsers and attempt to upload the receipt again.

If you are still having issues, please contact Card Services at (919) 515-8097 or at cardservices_purchasing@ncsu.edu and provide:

  1. The name of the cardholder
  2. A copy of the receipt being uploaded
  3. A screenshot of the error message
