How do I verify if my MarketPlace order has been paid for?

To verify if your MarketPlace order has been paid for, follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to MyPack Portal.
  2. From the drop-down menu, select Financial System Homepage.
  3. Click on the Manage Requisitions tile.
  4. Type in the PO ID that needs to be researched.
  5. From the results returned in the grid below, click on the printer icon.
  6. Click on the Reconciliation tab. This tab will display the PO amount and list any charges or credits that have been applied to this PO.
