How do I upload a PCard receipt?

This video tutorial will walk you through the process of uploading a PCard receipt into the PCard Center and how to match it to your posted transactions.

Receipts and documentation can be uploaded for storage in the PCard center before the transaction posts. Once the Transaction posts, cardholders need to match the receipts to the transactions.

The best practice is to upload and match receipts before the reconciliation deadline for the billing cycle that month. Although transactions can be reconciled without them, they must be matched before the final statement approval deadline. Please refer to the PCard billing cycle calendar.
