How do I return a gas cylinder to AirGas?

There are three ways to return a gas cylinder to AirGas:

OPTION 1: Submit an Airgas Cylinder Return Form

Fill out the AirGas Cylinder Return Form. This is the preferred method for returning cylinders.

OPTION 2: Contact Airgas

1. Contact Airgas by email at ncsupickup@ncsu.edu or by phone at (919) 876-6710 and provide the following information:
   • Building Name
   • Room Number
   • Specific Instructions
   • Contact name and phone number

OPTION 3: Request the Pick Up When Ordering a New Cylinder

1. Create a requisition via MarketPlace.
2. Add new items to the cart.
3. When you have finished adding new items to your cart, search for Airgas Part# SECRETURNROOM.
4. Add to cart.
5. Click on Go to Cart.
6. Click on Checkout.
7. In the Comments field, enter the barcode(s) of the cylinder(s) to be picked up.
8. Click on Ok.
9. Click on Save & Submit.
