How do I look up an asset?

Asset basic physical and financial information recorded in the Asset Management Module is available to employees with Financial System access. 

You can obtain asset information by navigating to any of the following three menu options: 

1. SEARCH METHOD 1: Asset Maintenance
   This search method is used to make changes to asset records.
   Please follow the instructions listed in the Asset Management and Surplus Manual, Asset Maintenance Search Method.
   
2. SEARCH METHOD 2: Print an Asset
   This search method is used to view detailed asset information and cost.
   Please follow the instructions listed in the Asset Management and Surplus Manual, Print an Asset Search Method.
3. SEARCH METHOD 3: Search for an Asset
   This search method is used to search for an asset using additional criteria.
