In a continuing effort to save money, improve efficiency, and enhance the procurement process for the university community, NC State is requiring the use of the MarketPlace for supply purchases of less than $1,000.
Effective July 1, 2020, when entering a voucher request for supply purchases valued at less than $1,000, a financial system warning will display and the initiator will be required to enter the reason that the MarketPlace was not used.
