Disputes are for charges that are legitimate but perhaps the cardholder was charged a different amount, the box was damaged, etc.
To dispute a charge, follow the steps outlined below:
- Complete a Business Card Claims Statement of Disputed Item form.
- Fax the completed form to the bank at 888-678-6046.
- Upload to the PCard Center the original receipt and the completed Business Card Claims Statement of Disputed Item form, which will serve as supporting documentation for the disputed charge.
